Plan NYC has some green plans and ideas, but will they pan out?

NYC mayor, Michael Bloomberg is talking green, but will he take stick with it. Many major cities are “going green” with bans of plastic bags like San Fransisco. More recenly Mr. Bloomberg has been going green and generating ideas with Republican Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, but now its time for him to walk the walk. New York City has laid down the plan but with the mayor only having about 2 1/2 years left in office will it pan out, or just fail. Mr. Bloomberg plans to keep with this plan long after his office term ends.

I know the past 10 to 15 years that has been some major changes in New York City. New York city now has the lowest crime rate among the ten largest cities in the US, seeing a 75% drop in violent crimes. Going green would be the next step for New York City and I hope to see it happen! Although the plan does not mention Skyscraper Farms, but it does mention other concepts that would be beneficial to the people of New York City.
